Happy with this purchase.
Very nice BBQ. The sides hand slight dents, but not bad enough to return. We have been using it, and works great. Simple, we didn't need a side burner, more for fish, hot dogs, Hamburgers. Perfect. Very nice quality. Heats up fast. Perfect for our needs.

Heavy Box-Easy Assembly
I’m a 74 year old woman. Unpacking the grill was the real job. The box was very heavy and the packing materials must have weighed 50 lbs. I managed to get the box inside. The assembly was pretty easy. It took me about 1.5 hours. If I can do it, so can you;) I heated it up to get rid of any odors, it took about 15 minutes to reach 650*.

Good value
Great grill, easy to assemble and excellent heat distribution and easy to clean grate. Only issue was connecting to gas line from inground remote propane tank, since the hose for the portable tank was difficult to remove and required some disassembly.

It's A Weber
This unit was packed very well. Every piece had a plastic bag or covered with cardboard very well protected. Very easy directions with pictures. Had a problem with shipping. The item was1 stop from my house at 6PM then Auto Track suddenly shut down and they said package will still come by 9pm. Stayed up till10pm and no grill. No I'm sorry no explanation customer service couldn't or wouldn't help, gave me some stupid phone number and that didn't go well. At least the driver should have called and said see you tomorrow.

Built to Last
I'm really happy with this grill. You can't beat the fit and finish. I also love the long warranty.

Great Weber quality
Always excellent Weber quality.Putting it together was complicated by the fact that we were watching YouTube instructions for the previous generation - the one with locking wheels.

Lacking in Quality
The media could not be loaded. I had a Weber Spirit grill for 15 years, the only issue I had was the ignitor going out on me. It was time to replace it so I purchased this Weber Spirit. Product arrived on time and it was fairly easy to put together. The issue is the quality just isn't the same. My old Spirit was all metal, this grill has several plastic components, including the front control panel. Further, my old grill had 2 double walled doors to access the propane tank (it was only a 2 burner grill), this unit (3 burner) had a single door this is pretty thin. The older unit also has a full metal back, this unit has an open back leaving it open to the elements and critters getting into it. The most frustrating thing is in the video, the back of the lid arrived poorly manufactured and makes a clanging noise when opening and closing, this was not something I assembled, it arrived this way, the thin metal at the back looks like it is bent or was forced into place causing it to bow. Unfortunately, pieces were missing when I first was assembling it, Weber customer service sent them within 5 days, but it caused delay in fully assembling the unit or I would return it (I have now missed the return window). It is a shame because I was so happy with my old Weber and it looks like the quality has severely diminished in the past 15 years. My suggestion is to stay away from this model and maybe Weber in general.

No stainless steel
There was no stainless steel. I didn’t know that when I ordered it otherwise I would have ordered a different model
