Perfect for round sourdough
This is the most cost efficient way to bake the perfect sourdough loaf! It is so amazing! :)

Produced a very nice loaf of whole grain sourdough bread
Instructions that came with the baker put me off somewhat, but I ended up just following the instructions in my recipe instead. This is much lighter than the cast iron dutch oven I've been using and produces a bottom crust that's easier to cut as well! I do not think that the more expensive imported version would have done any better.

I baker bread with Cloche, and the results were very good. I love Cloche Bread Baker

Lighter than a Dutch oven
I like how light this is but it seems to be kind of fragile so I'm pretty careful handling it. I've been baking bread for almost a year now and have tried pizza stones and a Dutch oven. This cloche does a great job baking my sour dough bread.
