No night leg cramps

Good for hair loss due to stress, diet and lifestyle changes
I initially purchased this product in an effort to battle hair loss possibly due to stress, travel and yo-yo dieting. I’ve been taking about 800mg and has wonderfully worked to allow me to sleep longer. However, I do get groggy when I wake up, but I can probably decrease the dosage. I think this should be taken with proper diet, improved lifestyle and going to bed on time. So what about the hair? Not sure if it’s my improved diet or new exercise routine, but I have noticed less hair shedding and more fullness.
