Love the chair but came broken :(
Love the chair but the floor base came cracked :( sent Svan an email about getting a replacement part just waiting to hear back. The chair is great though! We wanted our daughter to be able to sit at the table with us for meals and this chair is perfect for that when you use it without the baby kit.

Signet Tray ONLY
You are only purchasing the tray. Not the entire highchair like is pictured. Looks of good quality but I need the entire chair so I will be returning.

Plastic tray is difficult to attach
Paint chips off easily and the plastic tray is difficult to remove on and off for routine cleanings. Still a functional design.

Perfect fit!
Great replacement for original signet chair. Came in manufacturer packaging which was very well packaged. Quick shipping. Wish they were still Manufacturing this chair!

Cheap junk.
Cheap crap. Had to return it because it literally broke in half. Wish I would have just returned it, but we will see when they send me a new one. I was given the rest of the highchair as a hand-me-down, so I feel like I should try to make it work, but I might just do something else and get rid of the whole thing.

Broken part
Love the high chair but a piece came broken (defective not from shipping) & the number for SVAN to replace is wrong.

Helpful and easy to use
I love this high chair and found the tray very helpful and easy to remove and put back in place after any meal that gets very messy
