I am so excited to find this shampoo. I have spent hundreds of dollars and much wasted time over the past couple years on trying to find "natural" / less harsh shampoos and all the roads led me here! Traditional shampoos completely take the life out of my hair, but I also build up grease pretty easily from the pomades I use. This led to an endless cycle of my hair being dirty but having solid hold and body, to being too clean and lacking all life. This shampoo is 100% the solution; I can wash every day if I want to and my hair always looks exactly how I want it to look when it's dry. It adds a sort of grip to your hair that requires much less product use, leading to natural hold without the fake look that too much product can bring.The customer service is also fantastic; I stocked up on prime day due to the 20% discount, and the bottles came opened and leaking. I contacted the customer service team and was expecting to send back the bottles, but they gave me a full refund. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I found The Wash via Highland's other hair care products and decided to give it a try based on the positive experiences with both the clay and cream. I try to keep things simple and don't want to deal with strong scents in my hair care and grooming products, so The Wash is great for me: I can use it every day and it is a single pump that I can keep in the shower. It has a light scent that smells natural and does not leave any residue. It does not feel like it is stripping my hair or scalp.I've been using it exclusively for a little over two months (originally purchased via their website) and it has all but replaced the other shampoo/conditioner set that I have. I have short hair and 1-2 pumps is all I need, so a bottle lasts a while for me. I've already purchased my second bottle and I am considering a subscription.If you're looking for something simple and effective that you can use every day, you should give this a shot.

I've been experiencing hair shedding the past half year due to a nutrient deficiency. I was told it would take months for my hair to slow the shedding even after I fixed the problem. I was also diagnosed with dermatitis on my scalp, and I've spent money on countless products trying to find a natural shampoo that can help support my scalp health while also potentially slowing the rate of shedding. I also have very fine hair that greases easily, so finding a product that wouldn't weigh down my hair with daily use was important. I bought the wash as a last resort after running through expensive shampoos, hair oil, etc. After the first two washes, I instantly felt the difference. My hair is so incredibly soft and feels so clean! Although I still prefer to wash every day, I can tell I could easily go one to two days without washing and not experience much greasiness. I was prescribed medicinal shampoo for the dermatitis, but I didn't need to use it as the scalp itching and flaking has almost completely disappeared if not fully within three days! And the best thing, the shedding has noticeably decreased. It doesn't weigh down my hair at all, nor dry it out as it's very moisturizing. Honestly, it's added volume. The only issue I'd say I have is the size, I wish they had a bigger option even if it cost more, but I honestly can't complain any more than that.

This stuff is awesome. From the first wash, it’s done wonders for my fine, greasy hair. I’ve tried countless other shampoos that don’t properly clean my hair and it looks greasy within hours of washing. Not the case with Highland Co.’s The Wash. My hair looks cleans days after washing and it’s soft and shiny. I don’t even have to use conditioner with this stuff. Worth the high price!

I’m very picky with my hair products. Especially because this isn’t like the separate shampoo and conditioner. But I used the pomade before and let me tell you it smells great and performs well. My hair is thick and wavy.Using this wash was amazing, smell of rosemary is intense and the lather is amazing, also my hair actually feels clean and not greasy, using hydrating products for you scalp like other brands doesn’t make my hair feel as clean as this wash! I’m definitely impressed with this product and would recommend!

The Highland Wash works great for my dry scalp and washes my hair thoroughly as well. I also use the Highland Glacial Clay Pomade and they work well together since I use quite a bit of it each use. I highly recommend it for a nice reset for your hair and scalp!

I bought the Highland Hair Wash for my husband who has a sensitive scalp and struggles to find products that don’t cause irritation and we’re both seriously impressed! It leaves his hair feeling super clean but not stripped, and it has a light, natural scent that smells fresh without being overpowering. The packaging is also really high quality and minimal which I love. Will definitely be repurchasing!!

This stuff is incredible. I have medium length curlier hair and have "the flow, middle part" type of hairstyle. I would usually shampoo my hair once or twice a week and condition a few times a week. After just three washes with this stuff, it works a lot better and leaves my hair feeling better than any shampoo/condition combo i've tried. Love the caffeine addition and DHT blocking benefits. Can't wait to continue using this stuff.
