Calming Room Spray 4 oz.

In the past, I've had a hard time falling asleep no matter how tired I was to the point where I tried taking sleeping medicine like Zzzquil. I don't like using things like that so I only took some when I really needed a good night's sleep and couldn't bother with tossing and turning for hours. I'm a college student so a good night's rest before midterms or finals is definitely important. So I tried looking up different lavender sprays and found this. I gave it a try and it really does work. The scent is really lovely, especially if you like ylang ylang since that's the most dominant scent that I can smell whenever I spray this. You can definitely smell lavender too, but like I said, ylang ylang is the one that stands out the most. It's really relaxing and just puts me in a really good mood before I drift off to sleep. What used to take me 2-3 hours to finally fall asleep now only takes me 20-30 min. and that's a really big improvement.

I've been sleeping in my toddler son's room because he's had a lot of difficulty falling/staying asleep lately. As the windows have been closed due to rainy spring weather, it's been smelling a little musty in there ("Old House" smell...) It was not my intention to use this spray as a relaxant or a sleep inducer. I only wanted a safer "air freshener" type spray that wouldn't be really toxic to use around my son. Unexpectedly, I've actually been sleeping much more soundly, myself, after using two or three spritzes of this stuff at night. My son is sleeping better too. I think the price is fair, the scent is very calming and the ingredients are much safer than commercial air products. My only tip is that you shouldn't spray it directly over your bed/sleeping area because droplets will fall onto you/into your mouth ;) I'm a fan!

Wow! I use this for my son who has sleepwalking issues. I feel this has helped him sleep longer and deeper before he starts waking up. I've purchased this three times, and will continue to use it. I love that this is homeopathy that I can use in tandem with his meds and I'm not going to see side effects in him. I even pack it when we have traveled, it helps us that much.

Love the smell, and the lavender does in fact seem calming. I even spray it on the dogs' beds at night. I have trouble getting my kids in bed at night, and this helps create the mood for sleep. I spray it during the day sometimes too just because I like the smell. Wonderful!

I love this spray. I bought it after having some trouble going to sleep. I understand it is marketed towards kids but, figured it could work just fine for me. It has a great smell that lasts a while. I spray around my bed a few minutes before getting in. It really helps me unwind and relax.

Love the smell and relaxation that this promotes at bedtime. My little one always has me give his stuffed animal a spray before bed...One mist is all he needs for bed. This bottle is going to last forever!
