The Petcube Bites is extremely durable. It survived repeated attempts from my cat to break into the treat reservoir. This thing has survived being knocked off the counter, rolled across the floor, and vigorous chewing on the tabs that open the lid, albeit from a cat, not a dog. My cat was unsuccessful at breaking into this thing and it still works like a charm. It has a wall mount option which we may consider in the future if the cat doesn't give up her quest for gluttony.

I like the fact it knows the difference between a human and a pet or just plain motion like from a TV. The night video works well too. The set up process was a little painful.My dog turned her nose up to the treats that came with and I learned my lesson trying to add a too soft treat! Make sure you get hard ones otherwise they will jam up.

It is a good quality camera and very easy to set up. It's on the expensive side and that seems mainly to be because of the treat flinging function. The treat flinging mechanism worked twice and then stopped for no apparent reason. I followed directions to 'fix' it but it did nothing. Apparently, it's not uncommon for the treat flinging mechanism to break. Ultimately, I decided it wasn't worth it and returned it. But I did quite like it and am tempted to buy another version of this thing, the one with the laser pointer.

Well, the camera works kind of...and the treat dispenser works, but is extremely picky. That’s about the only positive things I can say about this product. The camera quality is fine, when it works. It freezes every couple minutes, and you’ll have to restart the app.The treat dispenser will throw treats, or sometimes it will get stuck, or just not dispense at all unless you, restart the app.The audio? Well the audio doesn’t work at all. It’s choppy, static sounds, terrible quality and the two audio hardly works. It’ll work maybe, maybe once out of 10 times after you...Yupp you guessed it, restart the app.Overall this is a pretty terrible product that cannot connect to 5G to improve quality, and customer supports answer to everything is “reset the device” which after 5 times and still having issues, I gave up.I have never requested a return so quickly. Do not buy this product...

I'm tech savvy and I couldn't find a way to keep this thing connected to my wi-fi. And, the app is a piece of crap. I had to force close the app on my iPhone XS EVERY TIME if I wanted to cam to connect. That's right - I had to force close the app after use or it wouldn't connect to the cam the next time. I give up.

Great device. Quality picture and the snack dispense works great. can fling it across the room if I want! Had to email support to upgrade the optional cloud setup. Got a response and a fix in 10 minutes! Support is important to me and I'm impressed!

I love this. I check on my cats if I’m gone from home. My cats got used to the sound real quick so I just sling treats and they come running. I’m very happy with this item. Customer service is also awesome. Note: works great with the Temptation snacks!

Video quality was descent, but audio playback both ways (from phone and Petcube) produced a constant electronic glitchy sound. Even with the use of the echo reduction setting on and off, it still produced echo. This occurred on the original device and the replacement device. It’s like nails on a chalkboard.
