This was a present for my partner. She loved it. 10/10. It looked beautiful, the quality is superb, the battery lasts like new.

Buying graded refurbished products can be a gamble. But this paid off... graded as excellent condition and not a mark on it. Bought for my partner who needed a pre 2016 model for some of the apps she needs. Screen is excellent keyboard better than my 12 month old keyboard and at a quarter price of a new ipad air cannot fault it. Think i will buy one for myself a non apple guy

I returned this product within 1 year warranty as it was not working properly. Part of my refund was withheld as seller claimed it was scratced but I had photos that proved it was not. Amazon kept deferring and promised to get back to me in dispute but did not. Never received any help from Amazon and out of pocket over £100. Save your money and avoid Amazon Marketplace roulette.

The media could not be loaded. The laptop arrived the next day I ordered. It look like a brand new laptop and very beautiful. The size is very portable. The battery is good so far. I used the laptop about 2 hours and left with 78%

Considering the price, I expected to receive a device in which the screen would be in better condition. It was described as excellent, but I would classify it as just okay. Going forward, I'll probably replace the screen as it has many minor scratches on it.
