Quiet, yes.
I got 4 of these fans for my PC build, but I needed only 2 fans in the case for now. These have 4-pins, so if your motherboard has 4-pin fan headers, then your BIOS can control the fan speed as the temperature of your components change. Very quiet. When I turn my computer on, I do not know if it's actually on until my monitor lights up. That's how quiet these fans are.

honestly not much to say Noctua is simply the best in looks and performance.great airflow, great cooling performance, easy to install and shockingly silent underload if tuned properly.Great upgrade for any computer.

Quiet and easy installation
This fan was easy to set up and can with all the screws required to install (only 4 screws). The set up was easy. The cable seems sturdy and quality thickness. It functions as advertised and is quiet. No complaints!

Perfet fan for my backup computer PC. I recommend this to cool your non top and not prime CPU.
