Nice scent but sooty around rim
I purchased this candle as a dupe for another I found at Target. While the scent is nice, the candle rim collects black soot which looks messy. I may try another candle in this brand and keep the wick trimmed to see if that helps.

Who knew?
Cashmere and plum would go together. I took a chance and pleasantly surprised. It's a wonderful smell, subtle. Honestly wish it was stronger. But what I do like out of all the candles I've ever bought on Amazon this one burns clean not a lot of black. Hope that helps!

It’s Okay
My daughter loves this candle so I ordered one in hopes that I could enjoy a nice scent in my small studio apartment. It burns well but I don’t think it smells as good as when I’m at her apartment when hers is burning. I’m not sure this helps anyone decide.

Surprised
This was the 1st that I ordered a Chesapeake Candle from Amazon. I usually purchase from a store or from the website. I've never encountered this. The candle has 2 wicks and should burn equally, but this candle just burned a hole and became unusable. Yes, I trim the wicks. You could barely smell the fragrance, sitting right next to it. Maybe my candle was old and became the cover didn't fit tightly, I'm sure that helped weaken the fragrance. I would just be aware that this may happen. I'm hoping that the sellers will except a return.

Not a great smell
Didn't love it as much as the reviews said I would, it's a bit of a musty smell, not very fresh. I use it mostly for just the look of it.
