Follow directions its great
I read other reviews saying it was so frozen and hard they had to thaw it out. Thats because it was put in the freezer too long. If you follow the directions and only put in the freezer for an hour to an hour and a half it works as it should. The same goes for putting it in the microwave.

Works great!
I broke my wrist a while back and am now going t physical therapy. I store this is the freezer and put it on after my exercises. I find it ver soothing

Very stiff and hard to wrap.
Once this has been put in the freezer it's like a giant Otter Pop. you have to let melt a bit before you can wrap it around your wrist. I'm guessing they used too much water in their product. Good luck.

Does not stay cold

Other than being a little heavy , I really like it and the heat feels so good on my wrist!
I really like the quality since I thought it would be thin and cheap. It is a little heavier than I thought it would be and it feels kind of like a soft cast on my wrist. But, I actually like it. The heat on my wrist feels really good as I use the computer mouse all day for work. Even squeezing it tight with the Velcro on my wrist when it’s room temperature feels really good.

Does the job!
I decided to stop being creative using household items like plastic bags to create my own ice packs (which leaked) and freezing my entire hand in a bucket full of ice water. This product is convenient and works like a gem. I am using it to help treat my De Quervain condition. The material soft around the skin, targets my wrists and velcros nicely. Only warning is that because of the Velcro, be careful if you are wearing a sweater, as it may be snagged. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Helpful and versatile
I bought more then one of these I use them at work to help with soreness. You can work with them wrapped around you wrists and it give support for the wrist so you don't do more damage and fixes the pain. I also used them on shoulders attaching two together do they can be across both shoulders.

Doesn’t wrap as snug as I presumed it would.
I prefer my old gel pack wrist wrap to this one. I find it can’t be wrapped around snug and is a bit annoying to wear.
