I've had really sensitive teeth for quite some time now. And I've tried just about everything, and nothing has helped. I've tried several nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste, and they helped a little bit at first. But overall didn't seem to make a lot of difference.I found Biorepair by reading some research papers that used this brand in their testing. It's still not quite clear to me whether this is the nano version of hydroxyapatite, and there aren't tons of online reviews. But I was desperate, so I gave it a shot.One review noted that the toothpaste with the "Plus" in the name have the higher percentage of Hydroxyapatite (HA). I was able to confirm this on the Biorepair website. I've used up almost a whole tube of this toothpaste. I use it at night and try to leave the toothpaste in the mouth for a couple minutes to let it coat and absorb. I also use a proxy brush with the toothpaste still in my mouth. Then I spit the toothpaste out, but I do not rinse. I make sure not to drink or eat anything for at least an hour, ideally overnight. I use a fluoride toothpaste in the morning, with the same technique of not rinsing.I used to not be able to drink room temperature water without teeth pain. And in the winter, tap water is excruciating. But I just noticed the other day that I can use my Oxyjet (like Waterpik) with frigid winter tap water and still tolerate it! Not comfortable, but doable!My teeth also feel smoother and seem brighter.I may try their Sensitive Plus toothpaste next because it supposedly has 240 mg HA, whereas this one has 200 mg.

I hate strong minty flavored pastes, but if they work I would use them. I like this mild flavor. What I noticed about the Biorepair "Plus", which this is, is that the "plus" versions all have 200mg/g of the nano hydroxyapatite (microrepair) which is what fills in the tiny microscopic nooks and crannies of your teeth. This helps them with pain, sensitivity, and will make them appear whiter as well. an added benefit to this particular version of biorepair is this has added lactoferrin which is antibacterial. I just wish this had xylitol as the sweetener instead of the saccharin it has. Great paste though and the price is excellent! Certainly better than the $40 tubes I was buying. I would absolutely buy this again! Glad I did buy the 2 pack so I kept a tube in each bathroom so I can conveniently use it any time of day.

I’ve been recovering from severe gingivitis and needed my teeth to remineralize. I tried using Parodontax, but it didn’t do much. My tooth sensitivity was getting unbearable, so I got this & I’m so impressed!! My mouth has never felt better! I’ve been using it for two weeks - absolutely no gum sensitivity! It disappeared in less than 3 days. My teeth feel strong & have been getting whiter! I’m able to have hot & cold food with no issues. I’m never going back to American toothpaste. I highly recommend, especially if you have gum sensitivity.

Ive used several different Biorepair toothpastes, and this one is my favorite by far. It helps bad breath a lot, as well as it seems to have healed most of my sensitivity that other types of toothpaste have failed to do... My teeth feel smooth as glass after using this toothpaste, and seem whiter also. The flavor inst as powerful as American toothpastes, but it is still pleasant. There is also zero grit/abrasive to it, so it doesn't wear on your enamel.Only downside is its a bit expensive.

Only toothpaste we've used for the past 4yrs! We also use the mouthwash and toothbrushes! Will never go back to American dental products. When I first purchased this I had lost almost all my enamel and drinking ANYTHING & air hurt so bad! I have all my enamel back now! This toothpaste corrected it within the first couple weeks of using it. No more pain! Thank you!
