Some things people could disagree with this book but you know people have other opinions of their own but this really dives deep into the reality itself and to really think about life in general it's a really good book I highly recommend you get this.

Must buy!!!!! It was a great book and I will reread it again. It’s so many gems and the author connects with the reader in a comforting manner that but also firm.

Its a fantastic book and is changing my life, I get why its so popular! My only problem is ive had it for only two weeks and the whole first chapter is almost ripped from the spine and im very delicate with my books

This was one of the best books I’ve ever read. After reading this I genuinely look at life and myself in such a different light than before. This book is written beautifully. I’ve never felt so understood and challenged at the same time to accept and reframe how I look at the world and my life. If you’re stuck in life, struggling mentally, or even just looking to improve yourself and your mindset this is something you should read. I got back into reading after 10 years and this was the first book I read and finished in so long. I really would read this again and got so sad when I finished it because I felt like every chapter was perfectly designed to come up as soon as I needed to read/hear it.

This book is still one that I go back to the essays I've bookmarked. I bought this for my adult children! Take the time to really read these essays, its life changing!
