My dog has a very sensitive stomach and medication makes it worse. This completely resolved the issue when other, popular strains didn't seem to have an impact. It takes about 4-6 weeks, so you need to be patient, but it's highly tolerated (I open the capsule and sprinkle it on her food). My dog had runny stool for a day or so after starting and it quickly resolved. Now she's regular, her stomach is fine, digestion is great, and the morning vomiting sessions are over.
