Great, No Added Taste
Appears to work well with my mead. I was worried using sodium over potassium would add a salty flavor, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

To those crying about the tablets being all smashed up
Got this quickly, and almost all the tabs are intact. That said, there are a lot of folks crying that they received their tablets pre-smushed.Here's two thoughts on this:1. You're SUPPOSED to smash them up before using. They did half the work for you!2. I get it. When crushed into a fine powder, you don't know how much one tablet worth of power would be. How about you take an intact tablet, smash it to the consistency of the powder in the bottom of the bag, and using perhaps a 1/2 tsp measure spoon, find out exactly how much it is? That way you can get a good baseline on the amount of stuff each tablet contains.Seems pretty logical to me.Anyway, cheers!

I think they are good.
I've never really used them before. I added a crushed tablet in after second racking and let it age for a while. I'm not sure it made a difference but supposedly it is used to make it age longer without spoiling. It didn't make a noticable change in the flavor.
