Pool Patch White Pool Tile Grout Repair Kit, 3-Pound, White

Uplifted the pool tiles of 28 years installed. Groves would accumulated mildew and filths. Problem solved.

This stuff is awesome for patching or touching up the pool tile grout that has fallen out or worn away! If you read the instructions they clearly tell you to add aditional water to the liquid that is included, until proper consistancey for grout.I got the 3lb and split it up in 3 batches so it didn't harden before I was complet. HIGHLY suggest weighing with a food scale if you are going to do this!Also do not let this haze over like regular grout! This stuff cures very hard and is very difficult to clean up after curing. Just wait 20-30 min and keep wiping the haze. Also do not let globes of it fall in the pool with out fishing it out right away. It will cure hard to that surface under water as well! (Don't ask hahaha) But it is still best to keep the water below the new grout for the 4 hour cure.It matches perfectly with the standard white and looks brand new when all done!

It worked well, just make sure you purchase enough to finish the job and try to do it on a day that is overcast or cooler.

If you are repairing tiles your old grout is likely dirty or yellowed to some extent, not pretty white or grey.

The water level of our pool was always going , we had to add some water every week.We made some research and found the Pool patch. We followed the directions and now the pool is always full.Very happy customer.

My pool was built with a track for strip lighting on the top, under the top lip edge of pool, but they left a much too wide grout line at the very top above the plastic track as this company did not normally build pools with this option. As the pool and house settled this large grout line all around the upper lip of the pool started to crack, fall out, get dirty, etc Not being very handy I bought Pool Patch Grout repair to try and fix this myself. It was easy to work with and now looks great. I redid the entire top edge around the pool, even the pool cleaner was amazed that it worked so well and wanted the brand name! Just mix to mash potatoes consistency, wear gloves and spread with finger, it was to hard under the lip to try and use grout tools there, no room to angle in tools, hardens quick. need to step on any little pieces that fall off into pool to disprerse so you don't have any crumbs laying around or sticking to pool bottom. I would highly recommend.

Product is like any other grout, but has the bonding agent. I suggest mixing in small batches. I did all my tile in about 2 hours total. I used a grout float and my fingers to apply. Have a couple of tile sponges available and a bucket. It's only been a couple weeks since I installed, but seems to be holding up fine. Looks great! Didn't think anyone would really notice, but have had a few ask what I did. Either my old grout was really that bad or just the nice bright white really pops! In SWFL so curious to see how it holds up after the summer. 👍🏼👍🏼

This might be a good product, but it arrived inside the shipping box in a white plastic container that obviously had a large label removed that had previously been covering the product instructions. When the label was removed prior to shipment, so were most of the instructions. I went to the manufacturer's web site to get the mixing/application instructions. I'll update this review once I've used the product.
