My kids are obsessed with freeze dried fruit and it is so hard to find freeze dried bananas in stores. These were a great find. They are not too crunchy or thick, just the perfect snack.

These are a very tasty brand of Freeze-Dried Bananas. They are Not dried Bananas. Which is different. Dried Bananas tend to be hard and also have sugar or sweetener added. These are as good as fresh.I personally measure them out, add some water let them soak for a few minutes, and you get a texture that is like a fresh banana.Obviously you can eat them as is. Lot's of people do. I prefer to add water. Once you add some water, you could cook with them or eat them like they are.They are great to have around when you run out of fresh fruit. Or for emergencies. The Package indicates a year or so or three shelf life. It would seem, being vacuum sealed the would last much longer.I am no expert on that though. But the FDA does seem to indicate that most packaged fooda have a much longer shelf-life than the Best By label.Freeze Dried fruit is expensive. Someday I might purchase my own home freeze-drier. But until then, these are great! Taste great.These are freeze-dried at just the right moment. At least one other company or so, seems to be using cut up green bananas. You can taste those as not being ripe. Those kind taste green. These taste ripe and fresh.They have a great texture, great taste, and are slightly cheaper than some brands.

So far, I've gotten the strawberries, blueberries, corn, and these bananas. All perfect quality, great tasting, and in the case of the corn reconstitutes nicely. (I normally eat this stuff dried, though). Price is good compared to others' and I don't mind the plain packaging. The bags are very sturdy with a good seal, so thanks for spending $$ on the bags as opposed to the logo/branding.

These are now my favorite snack!

We got these as treats for our family's rabbit. Of course they're human-grade, so I tried one. I love freeze-dried fruits. They're great! They break apart easily enough, and are mostly really well separated. The biggest issue is the bag closure fails after several uses -- on every bag eventually. But we probably open and close these more than most people. Good quality product.

These are great.! Bought them for my pet bunnies but I ended up eating most of them

These are like eating candy, but very expensive. Not sure they are worth the cost.
