Really good value for money, yes it clumps like any other but its easier to handle and docent turn rock hard like others. would recommend to place a marshmallow or bread with it to prevent clumping. :-)

I grew up on a sugar plantation. I have no idea what this 365 Light Brown Sugar is... it has an odd sheen, no flavor, and unnatural brown color. You would have to double up the amount used to get any sweetness. Natural brown sugar is aromatic and very flavorful. Not this product. I suspect whatever anti-caking chemical is being used is blocking the flavor.
