Set it up right and it's surprisingly good. Nice microphone sensitivity. Won't break the bank.
First time tried on an HP pavilion Windows 10 works great!. Perfect old school TRRS plug. I think the TRRS routed sounds are better than the USB ones.I'm an adult. Using for practice with band and practice recording. Headset adjusts up and down both sides. No adjustment across head (ear to ear). Comfortable enough for a while as the ear pads are thin foam. Not overly padded, but easy to replace or add more foam. I like foam because I like to hear what's sneaking up on me, or if someone yells FIRE!Sounds fine. Not fantastic or loud without volume setting turned up, but fine for my use. If they get lost or damaged these won't break the bank.Microphone picks up very well. Nice sound with plenty of sensitivity for practice. You could gig with it, if a headset is your thing. You may need adaptors for band equipment use. The microphone boom is a little short for me, but it does hold a bend for shaping so you can get it close enough to pick-up well. Surprisingly clear mic.If using on Windows make sure you have microphone ON in the 'Privacy' settings, and then in the 'Sound' settings make sure you have both the output and input choices set to use the TRRS plug rather than USB (or something else). Some old machines will bleed across these circuits but sounds and picks up terribly. If not sure, try the different choices the drop downs offer you until it works better. If you are having problems hearing output or the microphone, most likely it is these two settings that need to be adjusted.Hope this helps.

Very clear. 3.5 mm jack directly to phone.
These are nice. I just got these and hooked them up to my phone and they work great. I got tired of using my phone speaker and mouthpiece which always included a lot of "Huh?" "What's that?" from the person I was talking to. These are very clear and the receiving end hears them well too when I'm speaking. I'd recommend these for a 3.5mm audio jack hooked into your phone.

Works Great/A Little Snug
I got a new laptop that for some reason just doesn't want to work with any Blue Tooth device, so I ordered this headset for use when I'm away from the office. It was super affordable and works great! The sound is extremely clear; I can hear callers, and they can hear me without disturbing others in the same room. My only complaint is the headset is pretty snug and not as comfortable as it could be. However, for short calls, I am making it work.

Noise Cancelling? Not Really.
The headset is very uncomfortable to me. It feels like it’s squeezing my head and almost like the ear pieces are on backwards but they aren’t. I do not like wearing them at all. The noise cancelling is hit or miss. If it’s a dull noise, the person on the line couldn’t hear the noise but if the noise was high pitched the could. They could also hear my dog barking which was the sole reason I bought these. I wouldn’t repurchase these and would have sent them back if they weren’t so cheap and a waste of my time to bother returning.

Microphone doesn't work
Terrible product! The microphone doesn't work. I need to scream into the microphone in order for people to hear me. If I turn up the volume, it only makes it louder for me to hear. Nothing increases the volume of my voice. I cannot scream all day long. Buy a product that has a working microphone cuz this one isn't it!
