It definitely works - though can't comment on accuracy.
If absolute accuracy is required, you should already know that this is something that you're going to have to deal with yourself. The dB reading MIGHT run toward the low end, but again, I am not certain.I have the 5V TTL version and it sits in an enclosure literally in contact with an Arduino Pro MIni board - I find it extremely amusing that a protocol like MODBUS is being used to allow communication between two devices over 3-4" of cable, heh...If you're using Arduino, DO NOT use what appears to be the "official library" - it's meant for specific development boards only.
