No sight line - No laser line
Very difficult to anticipate and identify your cut line.Mine was advertised as "new purchase" yet it came with evidence of rust and prior use. The refund was terrible because I'd waited patiently for six weeks without objection nor complaint. I finally contacted Amazon customer service on 'Chat line'. I was awarded my refund instantly. If you have returns, for posterity take a screen shot of the 'tracking package returns'. The return date for 'return tracking' kept changing/delaying the timeline; specifically pertaining to "when it was received" and "when it was processed".Unfortunately the supplier was nameless."Buyer beware".

Suprising Great Tool
I am very surprised, and relieved, at how well this large format snapper works. I have set a ton of tile over the years, and have learned not to skimp when it comes to tools or materials. I usually buy the big name (Rubi or Monolith) when it comes to tools. But this QEP works great. It cuts 24 x 24 porcelain diagonally cleanly. Makes nice long rips just as well. It's big, it's heavy, and takes some getting use to vs. my smaller format snappers. But I love it. So far I've had no issues, and Im2 happy I didn't pay Rubi prices. I would for sure recommend it.Update: 4 months later this QEP is still working great. I have cleanly snapped a lot of 24x24 porcelain, diagonally, and a little bit of ceramic.Make sure you purchase some replacement scoring wheels! I started out putting too much pressure on the original wheel and broke it early on.Still overall a GREAT tool!

Looks like a great tool
It came packed in a box, nothing else. The cutting wheel was chipped, it’s missing a wheel, two of the plastic sleeve nuts on the bottom are broken, there’s damage to the cracker ridge.

I couldn't consistently make rips without breaking the tiles.
Mabee there is a trick to using this but I couldn't find one on YouTube. I couldn't make consistent rips without breaking the tiles and alot of frustration. I wasn't surprised though as a quality board is about $1000-$1200. Luckily being a tile installer I had a saw capable of making a 48" rip. I was hoping to make cuts dry and fast though. Ive used professional but smaller tile cutting boards over the last 20 years without any issues. Luckily I ordered mine through homedepot so it's a easy return and no shipping.

Came damaged was not a quality product.
The tool was over priced for the quality. This was a cheap Chinese knock off. Charging top dollar for. It came thrown in a box all parts were loose cutter was bent when arrived
