I suffer from joint pain. Not a big fan of supplements because I heard that some of them have a bad taste. Although it took awhile, my doctor convinced me to try this.Skeptic no more! Noticed a huge difference with just one dosage. And this is with only 2 pills. I'd love not to have to rely on pain meds for relief. While I still need my pills, I have significantly lower how many and often I need them. Kidneys and liver are tinkled pink.Bonus points for not having any taste. I had no problem swallowing them, which was a concern. I can swallow 2 pills at a time. I will definitely buy them again.

I was pretty happy with how fast my pain dissipated, but it made my stomach hurt pretty bad. I originally took as directed on the label, but it was too hard on my stomach. I tried taking it with food, eating and waiting 15 min, reducing to 1 tablet working towards 3 and I just couldn't get past the stomach issues.

I have chronic plantar fasciitis, and I am flat feet so I have a lot of pain in my ankles, heels, and my feet in general. Taking this has greatly improved my pain with out having to take pain medication. I am not going to say the pain is completely gone but it has improved greatly.
