Easiest and effective traps!
5 stars for a few reasons!1) This trap couldn’t be easier (and safe!) to set up! The instructions are clear to follow, and unlike the wood and wire spring traps (which I hate because they always snap shut several times while I’m trying to set them), the mechanism is strong enough to withstand a gentle disruption as you place it on the ground.2) They are effective if used correctly. I saw some reviews saying the mice would just walk around them with no trigger, so I set up a few traps as soon as they were delivered and tried a few different positions/orientations. I’d recommend placing them facing into a corner without an escape route (maybe 3cm gap from the corner) so the mice can’t manoeuvre over (you need to make it a tad tricky for them given the mechanism is slightly more durable), but voila on the first night I caught my first one!3) They make a clean kill. Unlike the sticky traps or poison, it was quite apparent that this mouse did not suffer, given the intensity of the trap when it closed.A quick, easy and effective product!

Brutally effective
Worked really well, easy set up with some peanut butter to catch what we found. It killed the mouse and if it was a bigger mouse it could have been a bit messy. Don’t believe the odd comment claiming these are “humane”, but they’re effective.

Very Effective and Reliable Mouse Traps
I used these mouse traps last winter, and they worked perfectly. As morbid as it sounds, they caught the entire family of mice! The traps are sensitive, but not overly so, making them easy to set.To get the best results, here are a couple of things I found helpful:Be Gentle When Setting: When placing the traps on the floor, take your time and be gentle to avoid triggering them prematurely. Once carefully set, they stay in place and work exactly as intended.Positioning Is Key: I placed some traps facing a wall and others in corners. This limited the mice’s escape routes and made the traps much more effective. Initially, a few mice managed to eat the bait and escape, but this adjustment completely solved that issue.Use A Good Bait: I just used plain old peanut butter with a drop of peanut oil, and it worked great. Although I think it might depend on how hungry they are, a bait with high fat content is usually very good at attracting mice.Overall, these traps were extremely effective, and I’m very pleased with the results!

Effective but not instant—humane traps with a learning curve
✍️ ReviewI recently purchased this 6-pack of mouse traps, hoping for a more humane solution to our rodent issue. Setting them up was straightforward, and they were sensitive enough to trigger with minimal weight. However, while they did catch a mouse within a day, it didn't kill it instantly. The poor thing was still alive and struggling, which was distressing. After some research, I realized that these traps are designed to catch the mouse alive, allowing for relocation. While this is a more humane approach, it does require you to check the traps regularly and release the mouse promptly. If you're looking for a quick and lethal solution, these might not be the best choice. But if you're willing to put in the effort to relocate the trapped rodents, they can be an effective and ethical option.✅ ProsHumane, live-catch designQuick and easy to set up and triggerReusable and cost-effectiveGreat size and look⚠️ ConsDoesn't kill instantly; requires prompt relocationNeeds regular checking to prevent distress to the trapped mouse🎯 Final VerdictThese traps are a good choice if you're looking for a humane way to deal with mice and are prepared to check and release them promptly. They're not suitable if you need an instant kill, but for those willing to put in the effort, they offer an ethical solution to rodent control.

Quickly dispatched of the mouse
Always had mice in the garden/garage and they've never been a bother. Lucky enough to have had fields behind our home. Recently they've started building houses on the land and we've seen increased footfall of mice to the point we've now found them in our home. We saw one a few weeks back and missus bought poison as we were gonna be away from the home for a while. It was eaten, never saw the mouse again but never found its body either. Thursday night saw a juvenile scurrying around the front room so purchased traps that night. Delivered yesterday, set traps and this morning mouse in trap. Bait - peanut butter. I'm not too happy having to kill them but it would have been instant mouse heaven. Mice can be very destructive and unsanitary in the home so not taking chances. Will leave fresh traps out for several days more just in case as the new mouse was juvenile so could be more. Traps were cheap, easy to use with bait pot that comes out - very handy, and very strong 'snap'. Would highly recommend. We used to own chickens years back so tried humane traps in garden. Never caught a mouse or rat once. If kill traps are not for you and you wish to try humane versions to release. Remember to take your catch several miles from home. They have homing instincts like pigeons and will come back given the opportunity!

Easy set up
Not sensitive enough. Missed too many of mice passes. The wooden ones are better

Greta product but sometimes don’t work.
After an infestation of mice, I would recommend this product as I have been able to catch a few. This was a last resort after getting humane mouse traps which did not work from a different company.I have taken a star off as sometimes they did not work and the mouse had eaten the bait without it being set off.I would recommend anyone to try these though and I do feel they are value for money.Fast delivery and easy to use.
