So many good things to say about this.#1 - Over and above product support. We lost two of the screws in the kit (as you do). Reached out, expecting little help and lots of shipping fees. Nope. Immediately they responded that they are shipping parts to us for free.#2 - Actually very cool product. It’s fun to build, comes with bonus (fun but educational) content about how hydraulics work (that our son actually read and enjoyed).He loved building it and has been picking up EVERYTHING with his cyborg hand.He’s twelve and loves video games but this kept his interest over weeks of building and playing.Big win.

Not only is this thing cleverly engineered and fun to build (albeit moderately complex) but I destroyed some foam stickers after assembling it wrong and the seller sent me a free replacement for in about a week. My 7-year-old grandson and I spend about an hour a week assembling it and we're almost done. He said to me one time, "I really enjoy building the mega cyborg hand with you, grandpa." Score! When it's done, we'll need to get another project from this company.

Bought this for a 7 year old. Good packaging and good quality. It does take a while to put together and needed help of an adult to assemble. Overall good price for the product

Super fun to put together. The company was really helpful. My son broke a finger pin and lost the corresponding spring and they sent us new ones for free. Will for sure be looking into other products

My 10 year old loves this! He learned a lot about the science of how it works, which is great. He is able to pick up a water bottle, and even put on sunglasses with just the "hand." It is impressive.

Bought for my 12 yr old son. Kit is well organized and provides a good challenge for his age. He was able to put the whole thing together on his own with one exception - the only part you have to cut is the single tube that provide. It has to be cut into 4 sections. The instructions are in the manual but it wasn’t clear on how careful you have to be in cutting it precisely so he cut it wrong and that pretty much ruins the whole project. Why can’t the tubes just come cut or marked?Since it was on sale, I bought another one (since I couldn't fine the tubes replacement part on Amazon). He completed it but some of the components that are meant to create air pressure and suction to move the fingers are not working correctly - they get stuck.So overall, execution issues resulted in the lower review. Great concept but they need to work on these issues to make it better.
