I purchased this wedge pillow after my surgeon instructed me to sleep elevated following breast surgery. Initially, it was a bit uncomfortable since I’ve been a side sleeper my whole life, but after some time, it became easier to adjust due to how well the pillow contours to my body. I’ve been using it for over a month now, and it hasn’t flattened or lost its shape. The best part is how much it has improved my sleep quality. Even after recovering from surgery, I continue to use it because I’ve noticed improvements in my acne and wrinkles from not sleeping on my side. This pillow has truly changed my life! Whether you need the pillow for surgery or simply want to get in the habit of sleeping on your back, I highly recommend it!

I can't sleep a full night without waking up from back pain. Until this pillow. It is comfortable, has a shape that is great for my back, and I sleep like a baby for 8 hours. I wish it were wider, my arms hang off the side. The length is best for a person well under 6' tall. I have to put a pillow in end between this pillow and the headboard for my head to rest on. It was a good experiment to make me willing to spend more on a wider, longer version, maybe with a leg wedge as well.

This pillow is amazing! I got it because of multiple reasons and it is like sleeping on a cloud! Great for back, GERD, clap, etc. Love this! Wish I got one sooner. I love the way it is shaped.

The pillow is a good size, firm & comfortable. However, I had to adjust it all night I kept sliding down it. It great for sitting up in bed but other than that I wouldn't recommend.

I bought the wedge specifically for acid reflux issues. The design of the wedge intrigued me - the dip in the middle promised to solve the "sliding down" problem of all wedges, regardless of quality or cost. And that has proved to be true, thank goodness. The high quality of the memory foam and the firm support of the wedge provided help for my acid reflux and sleep from the first night. I am short, 5 ft 3, so it is almost impossible for me to reach the top comfortably and stay there. That is too bad, as the very top is excellent for acid reflux sufferers. I compensate by using a memory foam pillow in the dip area. The pillow does not compress very much and I am elevated almost as much as the very top. The bottom of the wedge provides needed support for the back and shoulders as well.I slept on the wedge a few months before writing my review. I experimented with various pillows in the dip section before hitting on the correct configuration for me. I tried a contour pillow, a microbead bolster, and a square pillow before settling on a firm memory foam pillow. You may need to experiment as well, but it is very much worth your time and effort.A problem I have not seen addressed is the height of the shoulders. Once you are elevated by the wedge, your shoulders are much higher than the bed. If you want to extend your arms to the side, there's a strange, somewhat uncomfortable gap. I place memory foam pillows on both sides of the wedge and that problem is solved. The pillows on the side also help to minimize movement while asleep, which helps greatly with acid reflux. The wedge will get you where you need to be to prevent reflux, but if you move around too much you risk reflux.I give the wedge five stars because it is an excellent product that does what it claims to do. I was tempted to give four stars because of my personal issues, but that is me adjusting to the wedge because I am short, not the wedge.
