I purchased a shower rain head faucet several months ago. We installed the inside of the faucet but had some delays with tiling. Once we got to that part, I had an issue with a handle but the customer service was great. They sent me a new one right away and it works great. It’s very modern. I love the black and would recommend it. It was exactly what I was hoping for.

I purchased this item over 1 year ago and I love my rainfall shower head. Recently the handle broke and I was about to purchase a whole new unit. I decided to reach out to the seller to my surprise they went ahead a send me a replacement handle free of charge. They item arrived is less than a week. We love this shower head and sprayer! We installed them during a recent bath remodel and they were exactly what we wanted and more affordable than other options. The material is very good, we had a small issue during install but we contacted the company and they helped us rectify it quickly. I highly suggest this shower system!

Bought it and it was missing the wand holder so I ended up purchasing one separately. The connection between the hose and the wand is a bit sharp and should be rounded a bit

This shower system works great! I love the look of it and it’s functions. This was a really great buy. They have excellent customer service and I would buy something from them again. The product works as it’s intended to.

Recently I bought this about 2 months back and already painting is coming off, it is not worth and such low quality product they made - it was fine for few weeks and slowly now painting is peeling off. Completely disappointed and please think twice before buying this. Not sure how these products allowed to sell on Amazon. Amazon please take a look before approving these kinds of products.

The original product had small leak and I was preparing for a fight with the company customer service. Shockingly they were amazing, they immediately sent a replacement and had me send them a video of the problem so that they could correct in the future because they really care about the quality of their product. They have amazing communication emails and phone calls throughout the process which was very quick. And they called one last time after it was installed to ensure that I was still happy with the product. I wish I had more projects ahead so that I could give this company more business. Also the product is beautiful high quality and matches my bathroom perfectly.

I purchased this product months ago and half of the rain shower head functions. Very little water is coming from the shower head. I haven’t tested the handheld yet.Update: During the installation there were some sediments in the shower head. Had to take it apart and run water and water is now coming out of shower head.
