Easy to take source of Vitamin B12.
We have been using this supplement for many years. It is a great source of B12 especially for those who have a vegan lifestyle who need to get their Vitamin B12 from sources other than meats. It melts easily and so there is no worries of swallowing a large pill. This supplement is pleasant tasting.

My doctor suggest this vitamins for me, I been taking these for over 2 yrs and I guess work , base blood work and I don’t feel tired anyway. I very active person. I took these vitamins for age and my life style base what doctor suggest, so to each person make own decision. I suggest you read what dies for the body and if something you need then take it but check with your doctor. I can’t tell nothing about in this case with benefit you . I take plenty vitamins and stay healthy, know your body
