I have IBS and I saw results immediately! I take 2 at night and I've found that I'm more refreshed in the morning and find it easier to get up, I don't have energy crashes in the day any more. Feel less lethargic and tired during the day. My mood has also been so much better and I just feel so much more energised! I've noticed less digestive issues because I suffer from a lot of bloating and gas after food! I cant recommend these enough! This seems to have the intended results and have had good results ie my tummy is pleased taking these and seems to help my tummy digest easily and good results.I have also bought separately the prebiotic included in this formulation and take them as desired. Inulin.I bought another probiotic brand to try, but had to stop it early because of unexpected effects (or side effects).But this probiotic by Incite, I am pleased to use it.I reckon if you have good gut bacteria, there would not be space for bad gut bacteria, nor virus to grow.Also the intestinal wall/lungs, ought to have healthy mucosia/healthy gut bacteria, which prevents bad bugs, viruses to enter.If you easily catch a flu, or a chill, or such like, then bad bugs are getting in via the lungs/gut.Hence, impriving your gut health/lung health, ought to be prioritised.Have also tried colostrum for the same consideration.

These tiny tablets are great and seem to help keep everything working as it should. My only complaint is the size of the bottle is so big for so few tablets. Why not sell 365 instead of 120 as they would still fit in the bottle, and anyone using the product is going to take them every day and not just for 4 months. It would save on plastic, packaging and delivery. Then it would be kind to the environment as well as out health.

Prior to purchasing these, I had been taking Biokult probiotics every day for a couple of years. They had been working brilliantly, but were only 2 billion in strength, so I wanted to increase the strength, hence buying these.I have to say though, I don't think they work. I've been taking them for about 6 weeks now and I'm more tired than usual, and I've noticed that some of the things probiotics normally help with have started to return, such as UTI's etc. My immune system definitely hasn't been boosted either, as I feel run down and lacking in energy.I've abandoned these mid pack, and changed to a different (and apparently reputable) brand with an even higher strength, so hopefully they'll be better than these!UPDATE: As Incite offer a money back guarantee, I emailed them to let them know that they hadn't worked for me and I would be stopping taking them. They replied very promptly with an apology and a full refund. So they can't be faulted for customer service!
