The media could not be loaded. Bought this after my last one sadly gave up the ghost. I must admit I was a bit reluctant at first due to the price being so low, but omg it's proven me wrong. It's a brilliant bit of kit, so easy to use, comes with remote control, looks lovely when it's lit up, I like the option of having light listening or full mist and it's awesome quality and is making my home smell lovely again. I have 2 dogs so this really is a god's end to help to keep the flat smelling lovely. Will most definitely be buying another for our boat. Would highly recommend this to anyone anstong a lovely smelling home. I use the oils that smell like ladies perfume and mens aftershave and it really does make a huge difference to the smell.

The media could not be loaded. First day of use and very pleased with this diffuser! Easy to set up, big water capacity and useful options! The room (medium) smelled gorgeous within seconds, I used lavender drops and the mist is strong! It hardly makes any noise and started defusing as soon as it was plugged in (no time to heat up or something, because that’s what I expected!).

Product works really well. Like the various light settings and other options available on the remote control

A clever little machine, which puffed out tea tree oil solution and helped my congestion. The lights are pretty. Very reasonably priced.

Lovely diffuser,easy to set up and use.The remote is very strait forward and the lights are delightful.The timer is brilliant for controlling the mist.

The diffuser is great, but the essential remote control stopped working just after a month which means (according to Amazon) I have no recourse. The remote itself is just a very cheap thin remote which would probably cost about 50p to manufacture. But I cannot contact the seller and the Amazon system stops me from going any further because it's a month old and thinks I want a refund - which I dont, just a replacement remote.It is very irritating because the diffuser is in the bedroom far wall so I can't turn it off without getting out of bed making it quite useless for what I wanted it forSuch a shame because it's worth the money but let down by a remote control (which is essential IMO)Without the remote all you can do is turn it on and off. The other features are unavialable

Really good value for money; does exactly what want it to do. Love the large water holder which is much better than my very expensive named brand other one. Can only really hear it when the water is lower but the timing switch seems to sort that out at night.

I ordered this diffuser on the 24th of December. It was working fine but on the 2nd of January it just stopped working, you press the on/off button on the remote nothing but if you press the light button it will come on but no Mist. I bought one a few days earlier for my daughter hers was 300ml as mine was 500ml but both remotes are exactly the same it still didn't switch on, it's fiddly to get the top off and on do water might spill if it had a little handle or some kind of grip on the sides that would help. I will probably get a more expensive one next time.
