I've been buying R1 since I started my strength training but I have always bought it from Life pharmacy. Tried buying this from Amazon for the 1st time and I'm not disappointed. Legitimate product!

This is the first protein powder I’ve bought, and I did a lot of research and asked for recommendations from my gym friends before choosing it. I think it's good value for the money and the taste isn’t too bad. As a beginner, I found the flavor a bit off-putting at first, but mixing it with cocoa powder and making a smoothie really helps—it becomes even more chocolatey.Did I see results? Yes! With consistent training, my muscle mass has increased, and I’m a beginner at the gym. Overall, I’m happy with this protein powder and would recommend it to others just starting out.

Good: the tub is fuller than rest of the protein powdersBad: I have had more than 10 protein powders and this has the worst sweet taste ever. Don’t know about muscles but I developed mental strength to finish it
