Replacing the one that quit working and this works as it should.

Product did not work
The product did not work after I installed it. I should have tested it before installation because now I could not tell if I broke it because of my installation or it came defected. Though I doubt I broke it as it is a simple installation.I brought a new one from a local store and reinstalled (the same way). It worked with the new one I bought.I did not requested to return since I used the plate that came with it, and it was not worth the trouble of returning given the cost.I gave 3 stars to be neutral just in case I actually broke it in installation.
