When I was 40, I was starting to have issues with not being able to relax. I went to a great Dr. and he took blood, lots of blood, and had it sent to the lab where the Olympic Athletes use in Colorado. It came back that I had no Magnesium in my system and instead i had Manganese in high levels instead. I was working out hours /day 5+ days /week and riding my bicycle all over the place. So, I was sweating. The Dr. told me to go to the health store down the street and buy a bottle of Mag. Glycinate. Withing 3 days I was not getting worse and on the road to better health.
