Q: Why is the 6" version cheaper than the 4" version?

No idea. I don't believe that was the case when I purchased. Verify that you're comparing the same sizes because I believe when I bought mine full was only available in 6", and was also the only size in that thickness.

I think it would be too big and heavy/bulky. I have both the 6” and the 4” — I find no difference in comfort. Both are firm. So, yes, you can, but I’d suggest the 4” instead. Check the Milliard site directly — they run sales and I ordered directly at a better price. Q: We need a non-standard size. Could you remove the cover and cut the foam to size?

This mattress folds. Not sure if cutting to size is the best for this. Maybe try one that doesn’t fold. Wish I were more helpful. But I’ll add that this mattress is Legit Comfy and does not squish flat when you lay on it. Goodbye Blow Ups Plastic Mattresses & Hello Comfy Budget Dreams!

Not sure, The materials data sheet should be in the specs. It feels like memory foam.
