This is my second one of these. My first one lasted over two years. I got this one in April and have only used it about 20 times. Unfortunately it will now not heat up enough to straighten my hair. You can hold the blades without it being hot.Update: customer service reached out to me and is sending me a new one. That’s amazing customer service. And if it works like the first one I had then I will continue to order these. They work great!!!

Works like a charm. My hair is naturally curly and kinky. Difficult to do anything with. I’m finally able to straighten it with this flat iron. It’s done wonders. Lots of compliments.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This flat iron is the truth. I wished I didn't wait s long to purchase it. It is hot within 30 seconds and gets your hair fpat and smooth. After the first use I threw my other flat iron to the curb. I would purchase this again.
