This is pretty great stuff. Since I’ve been taking I noticed my bottle of Tylenol hasn’t been touched since I bought this & I reach realized not long ago that I go through a bottle of Tylenol PM a month. I typically get migraines & headaches very easily, especially when I don’t eat enough in a day due to a busy schedule or stress etc. However, even with a lower amount of calorie intake in my day I no longer wake up with the aftermath headache or migraine. In addition, I feel a lot more energetic & healthier. I definitely intend on regularly repurchasing & recommending this brand to friends & family. The value & quality compared to similar brands on the market is unmatched.

I will be honest. They smell horrible, but they’re worth taking them. I sleep better, have more energy, my hair is growing faster, and I originally bought them to help with how bad my periods are. It cut my period down to 2-3 days max and I don’t have the cramps I had before. Also helps with mood. Didn’t upset my stomach at all and I was able to take with or without food.

You have to take 6 pills to get what 2 pills can doDid not make a noticeable difference at all. Although the product was not to my expectations the customer service from the seller is top notch

I have struggled with being anemic for a long time. Iron supplements make me sick, as does eating liver or other organ meat that would help. For the first time in more than 5 years I had bloodwork that had no signs of anemia in it. I definitely recommend it if you need the assistance but can't eat organ meat in general.

They smell but since taking these I can totally feel a difference. I don't take a full dosage and probably never will. You are definitely regular and have a lot of energy. Just started my husband on these will see how he does with them.

I added three of these to my daily routine and there has been a noticeable difference. I have been taking an iron complex for a while but was still experiencing low iron. After adding these in, I feel better and my numbers are better.Smell is terrible but no after-taste
