Works great!
The media could not be loaded. Sensor works well. 12-24v rating 2.5amp Have used the sensor for cabinet lights in several locations. Simplifies the installation. I left some running for a couple hours just to test how hot the sensor would get, and it only got warm the touch (normal) I shorted one out by accident and had to replace it. But otherwise all the other 4 that I have installed are working great.

Work's as advertised, surprising well
I have installed several of these units from closets to kitchen sink cabinets to reef aquarium cabinets. They work well but are sensitive and require a specific distance for operation. 3-5mm of space between the sensor and door is spot on. This is one of those few Chinese products that just work.

Perfect to turn dark closets into "refrigerators"
The media could not be loaded. This proximity sensor is a perfect addition when adding LED lights to a dark closet, so that they turn on when the door is opened. They are easy to install, and work exactly as expected. I have bought this 2-pack 4 separate times, since I keep finding new dark areas with doors to use them in. My daughters say I am slowly turning all our closets into refrigerators (since refrigerators have lights that work the same way).

Great proximity detection devices
These devices are great for some LED lighting projects that I had around the house. Note that they are _not_ motion detection devices - they are more accurately proximity sensors, with the design of detecting when a door is open or closed (close proximity), and then switching on or off the load. The leads on them are quite long, which means you have to find something to do with the extra cable, and they have the standard 2.1x5mm barrel connector that fits most of the 12V LED devices out there. It would be nice if there was a direct-wire version of these, as some of the LED light strips don't have barrel connectors.

Plug and Play
Used one of these for my LED strip in my Aquarium cabinet. Just about the easiest install possible and works exactly as described. Plug in both ends to an existing LED strip install, then stick the sensor about 1/4-1/2 inch from the door.My only issue was getting it placed just right so that opening either door on the cabinet triggers the light. As many times as I had to reposition the sensor, the sticky stuff held up.Thinking about buying more and doing my entire kitchen now.

from the 10 i ordered, 3 failed within a very short time after installing it
if they work they are great, but from the 10 i ordered, 3 failed within a very short time after installing it. not a very good score.

Using on led closet light
Works good. Turns on when in the closet door is fully open. A partial open of the door will keep light still off. Which I like.

Works well so far.
I installed some LED lights in our cabinets. I used these to turn on the LED's when the cabinet door opens. I used a "mirror clip" from a big box hardware store that is 1/4 inch wide. I had to bend them a little but it hold this sensor perfectly if you don't want to use tape. My only complaint is that I installed them on the hinge side of the door so the light doesn't come on until the door is almost all the way open.
