I got this as an alternative to using a metal crate during the daytime for my pup (11lb Maltipoo) who slipped a disc in his back. It is barely bigger than the crate I had already without being big enough for him to make his back injury worse. He's able to stretch out a little more while laying down and it isn't as dark inside as a crate would be. It is about 2 inches taller than him, so he can't really jump up if the top is zipped on. He actually likes to go inside by himself when I leave the door open. It folds flat for storage or travel really easy and is very lightweight. I don't know if I would recommend it for your pup if they're not pretty chill since they could easily rip the mesh around the sides. I will probably get a second one of these for upstairs.Note: It's definitely short, so make sure you read the dimensions in the listing!!

This is a life saver. I got a small one for my kitten. She actually plays in it and climbs on top of it. She loves it. Then she got ring worms and had to keep her away for my other pets it’s big enough to put food water a small blanket and a small cardboard box for his litter. Works great.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It’s good if you have a calm dog that doesn’t try to escape . I gave it 4 starts because my dog had to get surgery and it had enough space for blanket food and for him to be comfortable while I slept but once he started feeling better and had no meds to make him calm he rolled it all over my room

Amazing that the fold up dog enclosure would expand to a perfect home for our small dogs. I bought a blue one and a red one for boy and girl and naturally color means nothing to them . Ha. They work great with a top zipper and front door zipper. With a small bed and food area the dogs find this to be like home when needed. I combined these with waterproof mats exactly fitted to enclosure dimension and it’s a perfect setup.

This was perfect for my little dog. She is about 7lbs. She had plenty of room to move around and she was not able to escape. It is nice that it folds up and has a carrier for easy storage. We mainly use it for when we have ball games and she comes with us.

This pen would have gotten a 5 but it is too short in height. My 7 week old kittens were able to climb out the second day. The size, quality and colors are as stated.
