Highly recommend
I had this MacBook for a month now and everything works I didn’t have no problems with it. I was able to take my SAT on it with no issues. It charge fast and stay charge for long. I was able to set it up easy and fast. It came in great conditions no dents, no scratches, and crumbs and it came with a charger. I highly recommend.

Affordable, and Works Like New
Refurbished can be scary, because you might get a glitch-filled product, and as the author of The 9 Lives of Marva DeLonghi, it's not like I have tons of expendable cash. Maybe one day, my book will find its way to streaming or even the silver screen, but like many authors, money isn't the reason we're in the game. The love of the story is the purpose, and I love story. All this to say, I wanted something more affordable to type my novels on and to run the business side of authorship. This laptop has an M1 Chip, something I needed to use a variety of software. I'm pleased as punch to report that this laptop, the one I'm composing the review on at this exact moment, has been a perfect machine.I'd order from this retailer again in a heartbeat.

BUYER BEWARE!!
I bought 2 of these for my pending college students and gave them as grad gifts (so recently). Lesson learned, immediately unpack and test for a few DAYS. One works perfectly, as most reviews stated. The other might as well be a doorstop. It's battery will not keep a charge, AT ALL. It will immediately shut down. I was willing to eat the $126 cost of a new battery. Today I get this from Seth a genius at "the Mac Guys". To quote, "The battery did not fix the issue. This means there is a problem with the connector to the battery logic board. To relace that is $307 not includung our mark up and labor. I could have purchased a new Mac. I would very much like a replacement as I am sure this was a clear error. As this was a recently an Amazon renewal company, I am confident Amazon can help! I will edit review if Amazon or the company resolve the issue.

Product quality is amazing!!!
This was the second one I bought, because I had to return the first one because I had a big problem with Amazon regarding the payment. They charged me the full amount on my credit card, even though I requested payment in installments using Amazon's card. They simply charged me on another card without my consent. So I didn't check the first MacBook that arrived for me. But I believe it was in perfect condition too.Anyway. Talking about this purchase. This MacBook is great! New, very light, battery come with 90% capacity, the battery lasts a long time.It really surprised me. No scratches or dents. It came fully protected in bubble wrap. I recommend this seller and apologize for the inconvenience caused on my first purchase, but it was a big mistake on Amazon's part. Thank you so much. I hope you guys have great sales and I will be checking back often for more of your products. :)

Good price, great processor.
Really nice for good quality, does have a couple small dents, none on top just bottom and sides. Battery is health was 93% so pretty solid, did come in alternative packaging so no original box but came with original charger. It needed an update from Mac OS 13 to 15 but didn’t take long, shipping was longer than stated but that was a fedex issue and not with the seller. Just wish you could get 16gb model cheaper since 8gb is limiting and I don’t know how to solder

Very satisfied
Excellent condition is definitely accurate. Almost perfect, a couple micro scratches on the display (not noticeable without a bright light) and the keys were shiny from being used (totally expected for a used laptop). Overall great value and I am very happy with the condition after being a little wary of used items from Amazon Marketplace. Would recommend to others.

GET THIS!!!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am thrilled with this purchase and will scream “buy refurbished!” from the rooftops any day, any time, even in my sleep. I’m a proud second-hand shopper, if I can save a few bucks, you better believe I’m doing it. My two phones? Refurbs. My iPad? Refurb. This glorious MacBook? You guessed it, refurb life chose me. The MacBook showed up looking sharp, rocking 96% battery health. It had a couple tiny scratches on the sides, probably from the previous owner's case or maybe with their backpack. No biggie.Only two hiccups so far: Pinterest's search bar is acting like it’s had one too many coffees and keeps glitching, and I had to update the software, which I did like the responsible adult I pretend to be, and it got fixed as soon as the software was updated.I got this laptop for nursing school, so fingers crossed it survives the chaos. Thanks a ton, and if you're on the fence about buying refurbished, jump off and join us. The water’s fine.

Great little laptop
First of all I’m a windows guy. I’ve used Lenovos, Dell, HP etc.My most recent laptop was an old Dell Latitude and while it still works like all my laptops, it began to bog down, getting slower and slower with each passing year.I wanted something light, fast and something that won’t slow down over time.I decided to try an Apple Air to see what the great reviews were all about. I wanted 16 gb on the board and the ability to surf the web, do work related word processing etc. , nothing ridiculously labor intensive and the Air seemed to fit the bill. One thing I discovered quickly though is they aren't cheap. I decided since I’m just a rookie with an Apple I should consider a refurbished laptop. My Air was delivered quickly and at just over 700 bucks not crazy expensive. Buying a refurb is always chancy. I was very concerned but my laptop arrived in perfect condition with no scratches or marks whatsoever. It booted up immediately and even though it was an M1/chip it was crazy fast. Buying 2020 technology was kind of scary since it could be outdated but YouTube reviews were all accurate in saying that the M1 chip is still a great buy.I will say there is a learning curve going from Windows to Apple but every day I get more proficient.I saved over 400 bucks buying a refurbished unit and gained a great little laptop.
