Disappointed!
No longer ger supported and no app or cloud support. Do not buy. I just returned mine. Useless equipment.

Awesome minamialist design, easy set up the best system out. Too bad the service and support will discontinue next year!

Complete Ripoff
The hub set up just fine but both the door censors and the tags all said they had been set up to a previous system and couldn't be set up making the entire system useless. I didn't buy this refurbished. It was listed as brand new. Now I see it's not even going to be supported by Google/Nest as of April 8 2024 and they're trying to unload them. This is all just a big scam to move a dead product.

NO LONGER SUPPORTED
Paid way too much and spent several days installing a new security system and it was no longer supported by Google a month later. When I reached out to return both companies said I needed to reach out to the other. Total BS

I cannot believe Amazon is allowing this paperweight to continuing to be sold. This is effectively a scam, as Google removed not just support but functionality for the Nest Secure in April of 2024. It will not be able to connect to your app or to the internet, so you will not be able to set it up. If you HAD one installed prior to the cutoff, it will still function as is, but with no access to it via the app so no changed or additional configuration will be possible. It will function only as a monolithic, local device. Don't forget your security codes or you're hosed.
