I was skeptical while reading the reviews but it works perfectly with no sound or vibrations like others claimed. People probably used the machine without removing the four transit screws/bolts that holds the drum in place causing it move from its place because of vibration and loud noises.

The washing quality is amazing with the clothes almost completely dry after rinsing. The only drawback is that the entire unit shakes vigorously while rinsing and is dangerous if you have unattended kids around.

I bought it for its low price, but regret this decision as the wash quality started good then went bad after 2 months. 3 months fatre buying the unit, the drum broke down and had to call service center to fix it as it was under warranty, they were prompt to send the technician and replaced the drum, but this meant I was 1 week with no washing machine. Now the wash quality is still bad and laundry has bad smell right out of the wash cycle. Pay little more and get better model.

I recently purchased a front-load washer, and I must say that I am pleased with both the equipment, price, and the delivery service. The timely delivery of the equipment was really appreciated. The washing machine has performed better than I had anticipated. My clothing comes out of the washing machines clean and unharmed. Because the controls are easy to understand and use, I can easily change the settings to suit my needs. Additionally, the machine is completely silent, allowing me to continue working on other tasks uninterrupted. I'm quite happy with my purchase overall, and I wholeheartedly recommend this front-load washer to others. The team should be commended for creating a superior product and offering top-notch assistance.

This washing machine is excellent. Quiet, affordable, and very good built quality. I would have given it a 5 star, but I received a "returned" item. How do I know? I checked the front drain plug, there's a little residue. Maybe the recent buyer used it, then returned it, and the shop forgot to clean it thoroughly. Anyways, I don't plan on returning it, since it's working perfectly, and I needed it asap. I hope this helps.

It was Best washing machine. but they didn't mentioned about removal of shipping bolts. So we faced vibrating issues few days.
