Sturdy,Well worth the price
Very pleased with this item. Very sturdy, but light. easy to get into position under table and then easy to fill with water.Umbrella fit in fine with screw in hold has been up for a week with some wind and rain reasonably priced, well worth it

missing reservoir plug and rapid customer service response
I updated my review to 5 stars after receiving a very prompt call back from Amanda in customer service after leaving a msg on the customer service line enclosed in the shipping box. A black umbrella base plug should be on its way to me.This is a really nice umbrella base, and I really like the handle which makes it much easier to move around. Unfortunately, mine was missing the fill hole plug, which has been mentioned in other reviews. I left a message on the customer service line and am awaiting a response. The missing plug caused my 4 vs 5 star rating.

Great value for the price
Item as described and super quick shipping! Can use sand or water to fill but I would recommend water over sand. When filled with water, umbrella will stay in place and very stable. Thank you!

I bought my neighbor an umbrella bc he is allergic to uv light and when he gardens out front it has to be in like 10 bursts. This with all the reviews and ease said buy me for that umbrella lol... the price was good and it works.

Kind of flimsy
Works okay. I feel like it should have four of the screw things that hold the pole, kind of like Christmas tree stands do. Because it’s quite flimsy. It’s hard to get the plug out to fill it but it does hold water in very well!

Don’t buy this
After using this for a month, the plastic warped where you insert the umbrella, so the umbrella sits at about 30 degrees. It looks ridiculous. We did have a couple 90 degree days, but I wouldn’t expect plastic like this to melt… After attempting to push the warp back into place (photo taken after this attempt, it’s slightly more straight) the plastic cracked and now will not hold any water. I wouldn’t waste my money- I thought I was getting a deal, and now I have to buy a $70 one in addition to this $30 one. Wish I had opted for better quality from the start.
