This is the first time taking creatine and I'm very pleased with this one! I did choose to do a loading phase of 20g a day like they recommend for 5-6 days. I wasn't sure since some recommend females to skip the loading phase but i just decided to do it. I then went down to 5g a day after my 5 day loading period. I did experience water weight in my first week or so but I don't know if I personally would compare it to bloating like I sometimes experience on my period. I have had people actually comment on my gains in the past month alone which is definitely something I'd say is from this creatine. It does say on the tub to take your creatine after your workout but I just do it in the morning on my way to the gym so I remember. I mix it with grape juice and some water and it tastes good!I weighed 138lbs prior to taking and now my new weight is 140lbs. I haven't altered anything else so I'm assuming that's due to this.

Ran the first creatine cycle for a month it works helped me look more toned muscles work my heavy reps i was able to do more then before increased my bench just eat clean and you will feel the same.
