Our kitchen has terrible damp. Been placing these in our kitchen cupboards and they fill up with water quite quickly. The rate of mildew forming and molding of packaging/dry food has gone down a lot. Have brought these several times and they're cheap and effective. Just peel off the seal and leave to do their job. Easy to dispose of when full.

Okay, seriously, if you're in a new build, grab these. Noticed a bit of mould popping up, sorted that out, and chucked one of these bad boys near the spot. Genuinely works a treat – the mould hasn't come back, and you can see how much water it's pulled out already. Proper essential for keeping that damp under control. Five stars, no question.
