The mirror is made in china.. like most items these days.. but it is stocked and shipped through Amazon.. delivery was very fast and item is of good quality.. I love it on my bike

Q: When you order a pair of these (D.Silver Lens for 1 pair) are they identical? I want one for each of my bikes mounted on Left side.

I believe the pair includes one for the right and one for the left. If you need two for the left side, you will need to order option A (silver lens) or B (blue lens). My husband and I were in the same boat you are - we both wanted one on the left side. We love the mirrors.

Q: Right or left mirror ? If i want mirror to hang under handle bars,for left side.

I think you would need a right mirror, though I’m basing this just on mentally rotating the parts, rather than on any special knowledge. It seems to me that if you hung a left mirror under the left handle bar, the mirror would be facing the wrong direction.
