This is the best creatine I've tried. Actually got results from this brand. Last for about three months taking two scoops a day. The little spoon it comes with is sometimes marked 2.5ml. A serving size is 5 grams. 2.5 ml is about 2.5 grams so a heaping scoop comes out to about five grams or you can do two scoops. Dissolves slightly cloudy, no flavor so mixes well with anything, minimal to no gritty texture. Only con is the bag doesn't seal very well so I usually store in my own container which works out better anyways as I can see how much I have left and the bag doesn't knock off the heap. Enjoy.
