Works like a charm
Noticed a difference in bloating and regular BMs in the first week of taking them. Night and day difference. The only pro, pre, postbiotic that has actually assisted in gut health the way I need them to. 10/10

May upset some stomachs
The price of this item is great for a 70 billion probiotic count. It does not smell or taste bad. I took it as directed and it was easy to swallow as the pill was not outrageously big. The only issue for me was the effect on my stomach and bowels. It could have been my stomach was saying “what the heck are 70 billion critters doing partying it up around here”? I personally had some joint issues, I am not sure if it was due to the addition of the probiotic but I sometimes have that reaction to some supplements. For the price and and quality I would definitely give it a try at least a bottles worth to see if you see a difference. 70 Billion might be too high for some, it was for me. I may go down to 30 and work my way up slowly.

As a woman in her 3rd trimester..this product has been extremely helpful. Been taking for a month. The first 2 weeks there was some discomfort but after that, no more extra bloat or other issues that many woman in their 3rd trimester face.
