Best Tower Fan I’ve Ever Owned!
I’m genuinely impressed with thisTower Fan. The bladeless technology not only looks sleek and modern, but it’s also incredibly safe and easy to clean. The airflow is powerful yet whisper-quiet, making it perfect for bedrooms, living rooms, or workspaces. The touchscreen panel is super responsive and the remote control is a great bonus — no need to get up to adjust the settings. It’s also surprisingly lightweight and portable, so I can easily move it around the house. What I love most is how energy-efficient it is. Even with daily use, it consumes very little power. Overall, a fantastic product — highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, quiet, and effective cooling solution

Highly Overpriced
Not a good product. Highly overpriced. Complete waste of money.

Very good quality product.
I recently purchased the Philips Tower Fan and I’m really happy with it. The fan is super silent, which makes it perfect for both day and night use without any disturbance.Summer is coming so I gifted this philips Tower fan to my parents and they just loved it.The Philips CX5535 Tower Fan is sleek, efficient, and easy to use. With 3 speed modes, sleep mode, aromatherapy, a touchscreen, and remote control, it’s versatile and convenient. Its energy-saving 40W motor and 1–7-hour timer make it eco-friendly.It's s durable and lightweight build makes it a stylish choice for daily comfort.

It is a sleek and quiet option. Medium power
This is a very cool looking fan. Easy to assemble and get started. Remote is an added convenience for daytime or well lit situations. It is not a bladeless fan. Philips doesn't claim that. However, the seller has used the term bladeless to bait users. The blades on the tower fan are not visible from the outside. So, cleaning is more work.Noise is okay. Not too much but can't ignore. In daytime, it is very useful to cool below table height and shoo off mosquitoes. In the pictures, I have shown how I need to place it on a stool for bedtime. If remote had a bit of glow, it would have been useful for operation in dark if it gets too cold.As I use a mosquito net, the highest speed actually is not useful. The surface tension on net prevents breeze from crossing the net.Touch buttons are very classy.A holder for the wire when transporting or storage would be good addition. Retractable would be even better.Adding some USB or other features at the base would make us avoid purchasing electrical splitters when wall socket gets used by fan.

Disappointed – Not the Right Choice for Me
Unfortunately, this tall standing fan didn’t meet my expectations. While it might work for others, it definitely wasn’t the right fit for me. The airflow was underwhelming, the build felt flimsy, and overall, it didn’t provide the cooling I needed — especially for the price point. I had high hopes, but this turned out to be a poor choice personally. Wouldn’t recommend unless your requirements are very basic.

Purchased this product eight months ago and am extremely happy with its performance. The fan is stylish and good finished, and an eye catcher in an elegant sitting room. It's lightweight but sturdy. It gives a cool breeze while the ceiling fans throw hot air, remote functions with a very gentle touch. Philips has once proved to be a worthy product to buy .

Good but do not have high expectations
I got this primarily to help us deal with this extreme summer heat. I have broken down the Pros and Cons below.Pros1) Very silent2) Nice and sleek3) Has a decent air flow4) the air is cool and refreshing when it hits youCons1) The shape of the tower means the air flow is narrow, meaning if you have 2 people sitting next to each other and if the swing is switched off, you could have one person getting the air and the other not getting any! For more than 1 person you need to enable the swing mode2) The swing is as described on the box is just 60 deg. So you and your guests need to ensure you are crowded within that angle to enjoy its breeze3) The remote will work only when it is pointed head on to the tower fan, this means when the fan is on swing mode and is pointing away from you the remote will not work. You need to wait for the fan to swing into your direction to operate it4) The remote is more a fad and is practical only to switch on and off. Although it can control all the operations there is no indication on the remote to let you know what mode it is operating in5) The best use case for this is if you are a single user working on your desktop to set this up close to your table but anything beyond this use case it failsIt's not of a great use if you expect anything more from it and you will end up disappointed.

Value for money
The Philips CX5535 Tower Fan is a sleek, modern fan with strong airflow and quiet operation. It has 3 speed modes, a sleep mode, and even an aromatherapy feature. The touchscreen and remote control make it easy to use. It’s energy efficient and great for bedrooms or offices. Just note—it can get a bit noisy at high speed. Overall, a stylish and effective fan for daily use. Light weight and durable
