My doctor recently told me to stop caffeine. I needed something to drink during the day because I drink a lot of water and used to drink a lot of coffee. I discovered this lemon balm, and I happen to prefer a chill versus hot, but it's been a great substitute. It's a very subtle lemon flavor, which is easy to drink all day long, and it does not have caffeine in it, so I really like it. Teabags are small, easily portable, and don't fall apart. I'll definitely buy this again.

Really does wonders. It helps to relax the mind and calm the stomach. I am very happy with the purchase and the price. This is certainly a good buy. One thing though, it has a very strong taste for those who do not like strong taste. Not sure, if you add sugar if that would minimize it.

Great flavor and it’s aromatic!I’ve been drinking this tea for a couple months now, and it’s really helped with inflammation.My mom is diabetic, she has a Dex com 7 port in her arm to monitor her blood sugar, we had a cup of tea and her blood sugar went down 14 points, so low that she had to eat.

I purchased three packs of the TEARELAE Blooming Tea Flowers to include in a gift pack, and I must say, they’re beautifully and thoughtfully packaged. The pricing is fair, and I especially appreciate that each tea ball is individually wrapped—perfect for sharing or gifting.Everyone who received them from me was excited and impressed by the unique concept. However, my personal experience with brewing them has been a bit disappointing. Out of the few I tried, I haven’t been able to get them to fully "bloom," even after adjusting the water temperature and steeping time. The tea balls seem very tightly wrapped, and while the flavor is pleasant, I noticed quite a few loose leaves floating around rather than staying intact.Still, as a gift, they are a delightful and conversation-worthy addition. I just wish the blooming effect worked as beautifully in my cup as shown in the pictures.

this was my first time trying the guava leafs tea,it has an earthy taste to it. before I go to bed I drink a cup and helps with stress and sleepless nights.the guava and the lavender are on my top 5 favorite teas.quality is pretty good and the price is not bad if you want to give it a try.i will definitely buy again to try the other flavors.

The tea is very good 👍🏼 I drink this daily! It is good for weight loss as well as calmness. I drink this at night with my dinner for easier digestion. Lemon balm helps with that as well.
