It is a superb little shaver - does exactly what was required. Being able to control depth of shave so accurately is excellent. Very good value for money.

The beard trimmer works exactly as described and gives a sharp cut - but I have one big bug-bear. The electric plug is a two pin instead of the standard UK 3 pin. This means fitting a converter, and if you don't have one handy it means going out and purchasing one before you can use it.Otherwise - outstanding!

I bought this as my previous trimmer died on me but I have had it for years. This one is slightly smaller and lighter which makes it easy to use. It came with batteries fully charged and I've only used it once so I haven't had to recharge it yet. It is easy to use and trims a lot closer than my previous trimmer. Braun tend to be good quality and that's one reason I chose this one. Just one thing the charger comes with a 2 pin plug so I had to buy an adapter (£8 from Amazon). So far very pleased with it.

Bought to replace my Remington trimmer. Unfortunately this will not do the job. It will leave stray hairs. I had to finish with my old remington. Feels cheap and flimsy. The attachments are equally as useless. 2 pin plug is just annoying. I'd imagine cleaning this is a nightmare. Waste of money.

I'm 71 years young and found it almost impossible to turn on, the switch needs you to press and push upwards, my daughter could just about do it and even my wife found it difficult. But, I fixed it, it appears that the switch itself is sticking to the shaver body and the more you press the more difficult it is, one tiny drop of Silicone lubricant and its easy to use now.Manufacturer take note please, a little lube is all that's needed to give it a 5 star rating and a UK 3 pin plug adapter would be handy

I use this on my beard with the 'longer' comb. It works well, dialling in the fine adjustment for length is easy and removing/fitting the combs is equally easy.It's easy to use and achieves a reasonable looking finish.The only slight grumble is that it often leaves a few stray longer hairs (maybe that's just my beard) so I tend to comb through the same area 3 or 4 times.That said a quick single pass through the lot is good enough for a day in the office.If I were buying again - I'd possibly get one with a few more accessories to do fading at the edges and maybe shaving 'outside' the denser beard growth areas. But that isn't a fault with this device, just a lack of knowing exactly what I wanted at time of purchase.
