I've been using this Melatonin for the last couple years. I have a very high tolerance to Melatonin. This is the only one I can get with high dosage. It works well and that's why I continue to buy it.

Fast acting and high dosage (it’s hard to find melatonin this strength that aren’t mostly filler) the pills are small and easy to swallow. The berry flavor is pleasant to smell but I wish there was an unflavored option due to sensitivities/allergies

This is a higher dose of Melatonin and it totally works for my husband and I. They're dissolvable, but we just swallow them with our nightly meds. The taste is okay if you prefer to dissolve them.

We take Melatonin on a nightly basis. We have tried several brands that are either chewable or dissolvable. Most have been effective but have a hideous taste. These are 40mg so you only need one pill. It’s quicker to chew these versus let them dissolve but they do not taste very good. We get solid sleep and wake up refreshed. Definitely can tell the difference between the 40mg and a brand with a much smaller mg. Neither of is have felt any side effects. The taste is not horrible and with the quantity and amount of mg you get these are well worth it.
